About Me

My name is Chelsea. I'm a round-up thirty something living in Twin Falls, Idaho. I live here with my sweet hubby, two dogs and one cat. I recently graduated from law school and passed the Idaho Bar Exam. It was a huge relief and sweet conclusion to the last three years of craziness. With my new found spare time, I have become even more obsessed with food and pictures of food. This blog is my attempt to focus that energy and to share the food I love with others.

Sometimes I feel like I was made with leftover parts because I have so many contradictions in my personality. For example, I love doing hair and wearing lots of eyeliner but I hate getting up early so rarely do these things for myself. I love anything pink and sparkly but wish I could have an all white kitchen because it looks so much more grown up. My favorite part of the day is getting home in time to watch PBS news hour but we had to cancel our DVR because it was overflowing with episodes of Teen Mom and the Real Housewives. I love the city and urban neighborhoods and live in rural Idaho.

Life is funny, huh?

  1. Chelsea I made the roasted cauliflower and we both loved it! Thank you so much for sharing it. Have you roasted other veges like that? We had stuffed peppers with it which if you like I can share your grandmothers recipe with you or you might find it in that old cookbook I gave you. Love your blog!

    1. That's awesome! I'm so glad you liked it. We do roast veggies like that often, asparagus is especially good coated with some olive oil and parmesan cheese!
